Dr. Huber has never refused a request – from anywhere in the U.S. or the world – for a medical exemption.
First, because of the inherent right of all humans to self-determination, bodily autonomy, and the right to refuse any and all medical treatments or medical mandates, Dr. Huber asserts no right to deny medical exemption to anyone. This is a corollary of the Hippocratic Oath to First Do No Harm.
Therefore, she has written medical exemptions for people from all over the world from mandated, coerced or bullied unwanted medical procedures.
Dr. Huber has testified before legislative committees on the basic right of all humans to medical freedom.
